So we are trying to figure out an internal notification issue. Our account managers need to notify out customer service reps of any ongoing issues from the field, and something better then an email that can get lost. (that's why we went to zendesk in the first place) So I'm thinking of using a google form or something that can send information into an internal bulletin board. Something that the CS reps can check periodically to see if any new issues pop up about a job or event.

Are there any apps in the marketplace that can do this? We don't currently use Slack but that is one direction I'm looking.
