I've spent the past 3 hours trying to accomplish what I expected to be a somewhat easy task. I'm trying to get a fully functioning Microsoft Paint application running on my MacBook Air. The farthest I've gotten is, but (as the youtube comments mention) there are many limitations (most importantly, that there is no copy/paste). Then I tried using a program designed to run.exe files on Mac OS. I tried WineBottler and its other version called Crossover. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to use these programs.

Oct 19, 2015 - Today, I opened Microsoft Paint on Mac in my Windows 7 virtual machine. You can even ask Cortana to open Paint for you in Windows 10!

If these programs manage to run some video games well, then I'd expect them to be able to run Microsoft Paint a little bit. Wine users: any advice on what I could be doing wrong? I tried downloading the MS Paint 2001 from Wine's '06 Utilities' section, but when I pull up 'MS Paint' in the search bar, the program (which apparently has been downloaded) does not run when clicked.

Any Mac users: any advice on the best way I can get MS Paint running on my Mac? I know that there are other applications out there that can do the same things as MS Paint even better, but I am very very used to it and would really prefer to find a way to run it within Mac OS.
