Hi Tanya, If you are using Office 365 Education, please login your students account on Office 365 site on your Mac, and check if you could find “The latest desktop version of Office” in the “Subscription” section. • If you couldn’t find it, you may contact your Office 365 admin to add this license to your account. • If you could find it there, then you may go to the “ Install status ” section on the Office 365 page, and click “Install desktop applications” > click the “Install” button to download the installer file.

Office 365 customers get the new Office for Mac first. You’ll have Office applications on your Mac or PC, apps on tablets and smartphones for when you're on the go, and Office Online on the web for everywhere in between.
