Office 2016 For Mac Activation Code

Oct 6, 2015 - I've got a copy of office 2016 mac from my MSDN Subscription, once i've downloaded the iso, i can get a product key as well. How do i use this. When I try to activate Office 2016 for Mac it keeps asking me to login to my Microsoft Account. When I do so, it keeps telling You can find the details of the activation instructions when you can expand the 'details' section under the' Office Home and Business 2016 for Mac - DVD (Multiple Languages)' in.

I asked this on the other forum and they sent me here. I installed a new Win 10 machine on a domain today and then loaded an Action Pack version of Office 2016. I ran Word and entered the activation code and it indicated that it worked.

But every time I open Word it asked to activate again. Oddly, if I cancel out of the activation screen and then check in Word, it says it's activated. I tried removing and reinstalling using right click and run as supervisor and the problem remained the same. The user is a local supervisor but not a domain supervisor. If the user cancels the validation screen, the product continues to work and if you click on File and Account, it says the product is activated.

Any suggestions? Adobe cs5 illustrator. Hi, Based on the description, Office has indeed been activated. I wonder whether there is any background programs that are interfering with Office activation. Please perform a clean boot to troubleshoot this problem: By the way, if you start Office applicatoins with the command switch '/safe', does the issue occur?

For example, to start Outlook: Press Win + R, type 'outlook.exe /safe' in the Run window, press Enter. Outlook will then start in safe mode, all 3rd-party add-ins are disabled. Check if the problem persists with no add-ins. Regards, Melon Chen TechNet Community Support Please mark the reply as an answer if you find it is helpful.

If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact. Hi, I understand the issue is that Office keeps asking for activation even though it has already been activated. By an Action Pack version of Office 2016, do you mean it's a volume license version or a retailed version? I want to confirm this first. I've seen similar issues which were related to the Windows system, I suggest you run “sfc /scannow” from an elevated Command Prompt, this will scan and repair the system files; • Right click on the Start button of Windows and choose: Command Prompt (Admin).

• If you don’t see this, instead choose: Windows PowerShell (Admin) • Behind the prompt type: sfc /scannow (note the space in the command) • Wait until the process completes. This usually doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes with a regular hard disk and takes much shorter when you have a fast SSD drive. • Restart your computer. By the way, it seems you have tried reinstalling Office? I would suggest you uninstall Office 2016 manually: Then try reinstalling it again.

Feel free to let me know if any of the suggestions are helpful to you. Regards, Melon Chen TechNet Community Support Please mark the reply as an answer if you find it is helpful.
