How To Create A Clear Form Button In Adobe For Mac

I'm working in CS3 and Acrobat 8, on a mac. If the latter, it can only be done with a form created in LiveCycle. But when you insert a picture into the button, it is only allowing the enduser to insert a pdf into the picture button. I put up.is there a way to clear it so that I can save it as a cleared document?
