Hey spiceheads I came across an issue and Google is not being helpful so here I am Our CEO needs his assistant to create meetings and Skype for business meetings for him. Meetings is not a problem, Skype for business though is another story I tried giving access through Outlook and assigning her as a delegate to my account. She can delete my whole calendar but cannot create Skype for business meetings. All she gets is that she has no access. I also tried giving her access to the CEO's calendar through management shell.

I made her editor, owner but again the same error. Google just says to make her delegate and it will work but it doesn't. So to sum things up: Giving delegate access though outlook or owner access through shell does not allow Skype for business meetings to be created. Tested with more that one accounts. Calendar add and removed multiple times, pc rebooted also multiple times. What am I missing here?

What do you do in this instance if the call-forwarding options are not available in your Skype for Business (I've read somewhere that you need the full Skype for Business and not the basic version but the info on Microsoft's own web pages about Skype FB versions is sketchy at best. When I log in to the Office 365 portal I have both Skype for business basic (Office 2016) and skype for business 2015 as installable software versions but no matter which I choose the basic version is always installed, possibly because even though we have Office 365 we bought volume licensed Office 2016 as it was cheaper to us as a non profit).
