I have been able to stop the receiver from prompting the user for the above issue but it now has forced the receiver to display the application front as if they were logged in. (See Image) I have tried searching the citrix support site but nothing has come up that begins to suggest a fix, unless I am not looking in the right place. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. TLDR: Trying to stop citrix receiver from displaying any prompts to the user.

Carl, I receive the exact same error: 'Your account cannot be added using this server address' I'm trying to connect through NetScaler. Free download adobe acrobat pro for windows 7. Policies et al have been set up with the wizard and adjusted accordingly. It works fine when using a browser. As I have configured UG for testing purposes I think that it maybe has something to do with that as all incoming traffic goes through the Content Switching vServer first. Receiver for Web works perfectly but I was wondering whether the Selection Screen for the different access scenarios could cause some issue for the Receiver Self Service Plugin? Everytime I log into Receiver for Web I can select which access method I'd like to use (pls see screenshot attached).

There I select 'Virtual App and Desktop' in order to get to my StoreFront interface. Can this Selection Screen be disabled in order to verify whether Self Service Plugin works afterwards?
